I ordered an arrangement for Mother's Day to be sent to my mother-in-law. I placed the order online on 5/11/06 and requested a delivery date of 5/12/06 to be sure it arrived in time for Mother's Day (5/14/06). The flowers never arrived on the 12th so I tried to call the phone number provided on the confirmation. I reached an answering service who could not provide me with any information other than to "take a message to have someone from the store call". Never happened - I called back on the 13th and got the answering service again. I was again assured that "someone would call me". It is now Monday, the 15th and no flowers and no calls from "someone". I again tried calling the shop today; and again got the answering service. This time I was told my message would be relayed to a supervisor who would contact the store to be sure someone called me back. Well it is now the end of the day and still no call backs.


Guess I'll cancel the credit card charges and put an end to my misery!!
