Complaint about Burger King survery We have several Burger King survey tickets. I have called the 800 number, done the survey and got a code to write on the back of the receipt. As stated on the back of the receipt, it is good for one month from date of purchase. Last week we went to a burger King in Tampa, they would not accept the receipt.Said it had the wrong code on the back. The date on the receipt was 4/13 and that's the date that we were there and the manager would not take it. Today (5/15 )we went to a Burger King in Inverness,( this was the second time at this one) and the second time they refused to take the ticket. The date on the ticket was 4/17 with the code number of PL4752. We left without buying anything because the manager was very rude....To me this is FALSE ADVERTISING. and it has happened to us 3 times already. Explain to me what the policy is for these tickets for the survey................Do you go by the code they give you when you call to do the survey or do you go by the date on the front of purchase???? We went to the Burger King in Homosassa, store #4154 and had no problem and the manager was very nice although she couldn't help us when we explained to her what had happened. We enjoy your restaurant very much and the food is always good but this is a nightmare with this survey and the codes they give you when you call the 800 number. Please help.......... But, i am very dissappointed about the service. most mornings before going to work. I stop in for the chicken bisket or sauage. And it never fails. I always have to park my car and wait 8 to 10 minutes for a simple order. Also, last time my hash brown was missing. thank you for your time. burger king #13263 From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Friday, 08-Aug-08 22:12:51 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This |
