Complaint about Bearn's Pizza

I would like to list a complaint about Bearno's Pizza

3002 Charlestown Crossing

New Albany ,Indiana 47150

I was at the above location at about 4:40 PM to have

dinner with my family.

We arrived and place our drink and meal order.

We ordered a large all meat Pizza and drinks for six

people.Plus a order bread sticks.

Well it took about 25 minutes to get our bread

order.The girl(I don't know or want to know) came to

the table about 5 mins later. Said it will take a

little longer to fix the large all meat pizza.We

waited and waited. A hour and 28 mins from the time we

ordered the pizza she brings it.At 6:08 PM she brings

the pizza to the table. Well it was burnt was one of

the worse pizza's I ever had. We payed the girl and

left and advise her that we would never return. That

this was the worse pizza place I've ever been. The

service was bad(and not to expect a tip)The pizza was

burnt and bad(A .99 cent pizza from Kroger's was

better than there pizza). My wife and I both got sick.

I told the girl that I would tell everybody I knew not

to eat there and to tell their friends.

This whole eating trip was a mess.We've eaten at other

Bearno's and was a lot better than this.

I just wanted to people about this so they wouldn't

make the same mistake we did.
