CIC Credit Monitoring

This business sucks you into their website with offers

of free credit reports. Although I never received the

free credit reports, CIC Credit Monitoring started

charging my Credit Card account a monthly fee.

I called to cancel the service which I had not

intended to sign-up. The representative asked me a

number of questions that were inappropriate about my

account. When I refused to answer these questions,

the representative said that the charge would be

cancelled. It was not.
