Complaint: I bought an oxygen generator assuming it dispensed pure oxygen. When I received the machine and read the manual I found that it is only 30% oxygen which is only 9% more that the regular air we breath on a daily basis. I foolishly singed an agreement that stated no refunds. I tried to contact the salesperson who was no help. She told me that I should have know what "recreational oxygen" meant (which was stated on her website and means that it is not pure oxygen). Since I am not privy to oxygen lingo I had no knowledge of the meaning. It did not say anywhere on the website that it was 30% oxygen output. Salesperson is now ignoring my calls.

Our website clearly states we sell LEGAL recreational oxygen and not medical which is against the law.

I spoke with Lisa numerous times over a

4 month period and I did tell her about the difference. However, I did refund her money.
