not so great service

just to let home office know of my problem at my local kfc, jungerman road in st. peters, mo. i went on tuesday, may 9 to pick up a lap top lunch for my grandson to take up to school. i did not get my mashed potatoes. i called when i got home, and the manager told that my lap top would be replaced anytime. this was great with me. i then went back on saturday, may 13 to get my free lap top and another meal for my daughter. i did not get my drink, after the girl asking me if i wanted a soda or drink with meal. i am very disappointed that this cannot be done right, since we do frequent this kfc at least once a week. my family says that we should find another chicken place, but we like kfc. just for your info. thanks, sandy schuster 3604 chervil drive, st. charles, mo 63303.
