Maruti Alto - Problem since first day

Sir,

we have purchased Maruti Alto on 1st January 2003 from Apra Auto pvt ltd (Gurgaon), on very next day there was noise of 'cut cut' from right hand side (Driver Side). they asked me to get it rectified from service centre, service centre was full, and asked to bring the car on the first service itself.

they replaced some mounts and said it was replaced under warranty.

There after the many rubber parts (mountings) have been replaced to rectify the problem for which I was asked to pay and they always said rubber parts are not covered under warranty.

one time repair moved my car without noise for about 15-20 days and whenever I returned , Apra Auto people said 'agli service par karwaleejiyega' and this is a routine in Apra Auto gurgaon.

Now the car is standing in Apra Auto, and made a bill of Rs2000/- and still the problem exists. this is not enough. the car met with an accident from left side and thereafter 'Bonnet' is not closed down properly, left shock Absorber is not working and i found a crack in the body below the Battery area. for this they asked me to come another time and even i was in problem of leaving the car at apra auto for every 10 days in every month.

kindly look into the matter and reply as of what should i do to get things rectified and save my time and money.
