ERC Collection Agency

A collection agency called ERC gave information about my past due account to my boyfriend. I am fired up as I did not want that information shared with him!!! It is my account and no one else is on it. What can I do?

I get calls looking for ERC. The last call was from (330)941-0394 on May 6th. This is a private home. I will seek an attorney to handle this form of harrassement. This is not ERC. I lost my husband on March 13, 2011 and can not handle this kind of problem.

My son I have the same name. ERC is trying to collect from someone that used my son social security number with my date of birth. We have both told them that the person they are seeking is not us but we still get harrassing phone calls. They told my son that he is the one responsible because it is his social on the account. I am tired of the phone calls and the letters. What can we do?
