Placed an internet order for $200 of pool chemicals, that was immediately charged to my credit card.

2 weeks later, no shipment notification/tracking data.

I have sent a half dozen e-mail's, to which only one has been responded stating they'd have someone call me. One person did call but could not give me a shipdate for my materials. I called back twice after that, and still could not receive a ship confirmation for pool chemicals. Ameri-brand said one of their employees (pool store manager) couldn't access e-mail's so that's the reason they couldn't ship my product...? Not a reasonable response, considering they had my $200 from 2 weeks prior and an e-mail confirmation was received that day the order was placed.

They do have good phone etiquette, just lacking on delivery and commitment.
