I am extremely upset that you keep sending me a bill for a subscription I do not want. You put no address and or telephone to complain, and although I have returned to you the bill in three occasions asking to please do not send me anymore bills and or offers.

I do not know how you obtained my address and name but certainly it was without my consent or authorization. Stop this form of harassing me or I will have to take legal actions.
