About HDFC Credit Card Experience

Hi,

My credit card number is 4346771003756617 .HDFC bank charged me

Rs 1400 charges toward the renewal fee in November. First they

told me they will revert back and after that they started debited

amount rs 600 towards the same. After that I asked to cancel the

card in Feb. but still they did not do and again I asked to

cancel in March and they did by this they debited Rs400 from the

HDFC bank account. I thought it is cancelled and left . After

that they debited in April Rs 200 by this time your bank has

debited Rs800 from account towards renewal charges for the card

which was cancel according to your HDFC bank employees .

After that I called your call centre again and they gave me Mr

Uday number to help and when ever I call him he was not their in

his Seat for two days .After that I called you call centre Mr

vedu and he told he will help him and also he told me that the

credit card is cancelled and they will not debit any more amount

and he will call me back and he did not call. After 4 days I

called as vedu said and there was employee by name Pallavi and

she told that no more amount will be debited and but she will

get back to me about 800 Rupees debited from my account and she

did not call me till now .and Yesterday they have debited again

Rs 200 from account total 1000 to 1200 till now for the card

which is cancel in march as per the HDFC Call centre person.

This is worst part of my experience with a bank with which I am customer

for more them 5 years and I was referring it as trust worth bank and so

having demat,trading and personnel account and also was having a credit

card. But after this experience I am thinking to go to Consumer court ,it

is more then waste of trust, time which your call centre and HDFC bank

has played with me as I have all the documents and it stands in court I

know.

Can you justify what is the problem in your system so that no one is clear

what they are doing in your HDFC bank .
