I have used biztravels.com repeatedly now with absolutely no problems, in fact I have recieved better no-hassle service through them on both of my recent trip to Frankfurt, Germany. The price was lower than anything I could find online and the service from the employees was exceptional. They are based in Vancouver, BC. if I remember correctly and I contact them via phone and email without problems. Very attentive and good price.
