mtnl complaint

I,Naim Khan,wants to register a complaint regarding my mtnl landline.It has been 10 days since i have been complaining about my faulty telephone,but to no good.My telephone no. is 26331664.My landline is completely dead and i want a quick resolution to it,failing to which i.ll have to disconnect my landline permanently.

I,therefore request you to take a quick action against my complain.
