complaint about premier cars in stevenage

I feel I have to let the good people of Hertfordshire know about the

treatment that I recieved from Premier cars in Broadwater Crescent

Stevenage.

I bought a car from them a month ago and it has had several problems. They

have had the car in their workshop 3 times to in order to repair the

problems [that are all covered by their own warranty] but they still haven't

sorted them out. I went into the garage to complain to the manager and was

shocked by their aggressive attitude. I said that they had had ample

oppurtunity to do the work...all they could do was fob me off with a 'It's

not our problem' attitude. As i was leaving the garage another customer was

just walking in, so I said to him ' I wouldnt buy a car from here mate,

they're useless'

It was at that point that 3 of Premier's salesmen jumped out of their seats

and rushed over to me. They very aggressivley pushed me through the door,

spat in my face and told me to leave while I still could. As I was faced by

a gang of aggressive bullies, I of couse got into my car and started to

leave. They continued to shout abuse at me until I was out of the yard.

I went back to my home and immediately called the police to report the

matter and am currently waiting for a response from them.

I feel that it is my duty to warn the general public about these thugs that

obviously have no quarms about using intimidation and violence to bully

unsatisfied customers.
