I had my second bed liner put in by these people today and they were rude

from the very beginning. They never called me to tell me the truck was

ready, so I headed over there around 4:00 p.m. They called my cell phone at

4:22 and said that the truck was ready and that I needed to be there in 8

minutes or they were locking up. I told them I was 5 minutes away and

should be there on time, but to please wait 1 or 2 minutes for me, since I

had traveled over 30 miles to do business with them. They said "No" that

that was my problem and they were locking up in 8 minutes then hung up on

me. I did make it there within 5 minutes and told them that while I liked

their bed liners and that it was my second bed liner with them, it would be

my last because they were so rude and that I could not imagine treating

customers that way. They said it was my truck so it was my problem and that

I should have figured out that they closed at 4:30. I told them they should

have told me that ahead of time and they said tough. I told them again that

I thought they were the rudest group of people I had ever dealt with and

that I would never do business with them again. The owner threatened me as

I was walking out and said to carry myself out or he would carry me out.

Unbelievable. I have contacted the company Line-X and requested an

investigation and response. I am the nicest person and have to believe that

they are treating other people in the same manner. Michael.
