Hi,
I have a Videocon Bazooka (25 inches) TV, which has recently malfunctioned. I registered a complaint on 4th June, 06, in your service centre by telephone on 011-39898910 by the name of my mother-in-law, Madhubala Agrawal (9312113202). For the next 2 days no one turned up despite repeated reminder calls made by me at your service centre. Then from your website I found Mr Subhash Sehgal’s no (9313018274), I called him up to complaint for the delay. When I told him my complaint no (DCV6F06065), he told me that the complaint was registered on 6th June and not 4th. Also I have spoken to Mr Shegal about 5 times in the past 2 days, yet no mechanic has been sent to my home. If this is the quality of customer service that Videocon offers to its customers, then I really wonder if at all you will be left with any. At least I will not buy my second TV from Videocon.
It will be great if at all you can take any action against my complaint, if not then you may just display it on your website like all others.
