Hi

 

I have ordered three Nokia headset from Bestbuy.com. It was available in In store pickbut I was stupid to order it online. When I ordered it was shown as In Stock but after few hours they informed its backordered.

 

After a week they cancelled the order as the price of that headset increaed 5 times. This stupid website does not have online stock information or they do this to all customers if the price of item increase.

 

I called customer care but they have no explaination.I promised not to ever buy another thing from them and to encourage everyone I know to follow suit. They are not to be trusted in my experience.
