TRANE Air Conditioner and Furnace

Tri County Blind & Sons.Barberton Ohio. I purchased an air conditioner unit and furnace from this company and 2 years today the motor in the air conditioner went out. It is to take 4 days to order a new motor and fix it. They were here last week to service it and they said nothing was wrong with it. I purchase a service contract for $170.00 every year.
