Providian - SST

I have had the same problem with SST that I have read about numerous times. Providian sold to Washington Mutual who sold to Columbus Bank who is managed by SST. SST is totally unreachable! Their website is down most of the time (shows “page cannot be found”) and it is next to impossible to make online payments. I have always managed my account online when with Providian. SST has all kinds of fees and jacked up the interest rate to a crazy number. I am a responsible consumer with good credit. These people are thieves. I will NEVER deal with any of the above named banks or companies again. I am closing my account. Moral of the story: DO NOT GET A PROVIDIAN CREDIT CARD!!!!
