NEXT-DVD-NXD025 5 in 1

Dear Sri,

I have purchased 1 number a above mentioned next DVD from a M/s. Life Style Electrovision Pvt. Ltd. B2/9 Paschim Vihar, N Delhi-63 vide Bill No. 858 dated 19/2/2006.

I m very regret to state that, the same DVD not functioning properly from the date of purchase. I have made a complaint at your Service centre Delhi and the Engineer came and done the repair too. But, again from next day it is not working, again I have made a complaint but no one is turned to attent the complaint so far.

Now iI personaly feel that, the Product you launched in the Name of Next not in a satisfactory level.

Please check your end the and clear my problems at earliest.
