Home Depot online order WHAT A MESS !

We do not have a local Home Depot. Went to the Home Depot 60 miles away and bought a patio table and chairs. That was all we had room to take home in our vehicle. Since FREE SHIPPING and shipment in 5-7 days was offered at homedepot.com-we chose to order the rest rather than to borrow at truck make the trip back to the store. WHAT A MISTAKE ! After I didn't receive my order in the time expected - I emailed, twice, for the order status. Never received a response. So, I called the 800 number - waited on hold 45 minutes. The representative said part of the order was backordered and the rest was available. I told her to send what was available. She said I would receive within a week. After a week passed, no furniture - called 800 number again - waited 45 minutes to speak to someone who told me ALL of the patio furniture I had ordered was backordered for approx. 1 more month. I then told the representative to cancel the whole order. We borrowed a truck and went to the Home Depot store an hour away and bought the rest of the furniture. Last week, got an email that MY ORDER HAD SHIPPED ! Called the 800 again...waiting 1 HR. AND 45 MINUTES to speak to someone. Was told to deny the order when UPS brought it and have it shipped back to Home Depot. The order came yesterday and I had it shipped back. Today - I got a call from another delivery service. They also had patio furniture from Home Depot to deliver to me! SO..I have had 2 orders shipped to me. Now, I just have to hope that I receive the credit to my credit card for this. WHAT A MESS!
