Abe's of Maine Customer Service To whom it may concern: I have been trying to cancel an order with Abe's of Maine for the last two days. I believe they have the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Everytime I called I been put on hold for an average of 12 minutes, I have spoken to at least 6 different people and I cannot get a confirmation of my cancellation. In addition, the website states that certain products are in stock only to receive a call later in the date to tell you that the items are backordered. Bad policy when Father's Day is right in the corner. I want the order to be cancelled immediately. Respectfully, Reynaldo Vazquez The price of freedom is eternal vigilance. The automated answering service just cut me off before 5 pm EST when the message itself said they were open until 6 pm. Their website has no links to contact them, and they have already taken the credit card charge from my account instead of waiting until they ship. This is complete fraud and should not go unpunished.
