My purchase, in cash - a new 2005 Ford Focus in May 2005. The car was provided damaged and items missing. Over 24 promises by Planet Ford after 35 calls from me to rectify the problems came to nothing. They even refused to provide my title to the vehicle and refused to provide the license plates.

If you are so desperate to buy from Planet Forrd, Spring Texas, you will know when they are lying - every time they speak. You should also allow a further 25-30% of what you waste buying a vehicle there to cover your lawyers costs, State attorney inconvenience, and hundreds of calls and/or visits and mail trying to undo the monumental nightmare they will cause you - pure aggravation.

Their so-called discount prices are merely sucker prices. Buying from a reputable dealer will save you big bucks over Planet Ford who are a major player in the decline of the Ford market share. It's not the product, it's the shameless dealers like Planet. Incidentally, other Ford main dealers in Texas will not undertake any work on behalf of Planet Ford unless it is pre-paid! Even the Ford main dealers will not touch Planet Ford, spring Texas and that speaks volumes. Bottom line - drive right on by Planet Ford, Spring Texas. Save many sleepless nights and some major bucks! My e-mail address is contained and I will join any class action against Planet Ford - it's time to stop rogue dealers conning us.

Apparently they also treat their former employees with the same disrespect. Oweing me a full weeks pay since May, they won't return my calls to resolve this problem. 2 weeks I've been calling everyday and leaving messages, but no response. How ignorant. I worked 5 days for nothing? Don't think so...
