espresso machine

I purchased a Bosch B 20 espresso machine. I've had some bad experiences with this

machine and the owners manual. It was obviously written by a non-owner.

The Bosch service center is a joke and should be renamed "circus center". I wouldn't

repurchase this "automatic" machine again for one third the price.
