I innocently answered the phone one day (after working a 12 hour shift all night) and stupidly agreed to a free trial that entailed giving my credit card information. Bad idea.

Next thing I knew I had been charged $49.95 and an additional $19.95 per month. I called to fuss and ask for my money back. I was told that I had been sent a CD, (which I hadn't recieved)--that was the $19.95 charge. I argued and fussed. After all, I had never even accessed the website. Finally, they grudgingly agreed to refund my money. However, they refused to refund the money the bank charged for the overdraft they cost me.

That should have been the end of the story, right? Except this idiot company still charged me again this month!! Same old story!! Supposedly they "accidently" sent me another CD. I haven't seen it yet. I fussed and they are going to refund my money, but does anyone know how I get my information erased from these people. I mean, this could go on forever. My story is identical to yours. I'm in the midst of battling for 3 CD refunds, plus the $49.95 charge. The continued monthly CDs and billing were NEVER explained to me when I too (stupidly!) answered the phone AT MY OFFICE!

I was left with the impression that I would get one CD that would grant me access to the web site, and use it to order PC software if I ever needed it. NO ONE said anything about future CDs, having to cancel, being billed monthly, etc.

I will file a suit against these people just to prove a point. This is a major rip off; don't get sucked in.
