After accidentally poking a hole in my pool cover and causing a leak when they opened the pool for the season, they offered to return and look at it -- but not for another 8 days. I temporarily repaired the leak in the interim, but after they came to fix it, they billed me for the patch!! When I protested, the owner was nasty and hung up the phone.
