Made appointment for sales rep to estimate job. Rep never came. No appt confirmation call back.When I called to see what happened the girls reply was "we don't make appointments like that for 10a."

This event alone is enough for me to assume that the rest of their service is probably sub par & I consider myself lucky to have not contracted w/them.
