To whom this may concern:

I bought a couch May 2005 from the office in West Ashely, South Carolina and with that I purchased the insurance with the furniture. In January 2006 something was spilled on the material and runied the fabric. Two gentlemen from your company came out to look at the furniture and decided that it was unsalvagable and I was told new fabric would be ordered. Since then I have not recieved the new material and I have talked to your company three separate times. With those conversations I was told that the fabric was ordered and I would receive a call back to why it has not been sent to me. I never recieved a call back. This type of management of your business is unacceptable and I expect this matter to be resolved.
