VERY BAD FED EX SERVICE

I live in a very small town in Arkansas, I called Fed Ex the day before a package was to be delivered, and ask them if they could have the driver make my delivery one of his first. I had to get down to Texas for a funeral. Usually he comes to my house before the time it is now. So now I have missed a funeral, that was very important to me. I will never use them again!!! FED EX HAS NO RESPECT FOR A ONE TIME REQUEST!!! If you ever need them to make you one of their first stops.. forget it!!!
