I went to purchase a pack of cigarettes on 6/6/2006 at 10:15pm. When I walked into the store the clerk was

He was yelling at two kids who both had the new lNYS licenses. He scanned both their licenses and threw the cigarettes at them.

The next man in line was paying for gas and the clerk then threw this mans change back at him.

I was next in line I asked for cigarettes and I had my ID ready to show the clerk. I am 30 years old and I am lucky enough to look like I am still

22 years old. This clerk told me, “Give me your ID now.” So I said excuse me? He repeated in a very nasty tone, “If you want your cigarettes give me your licenses now.”

I said to him, “You do not have to be so rude man.” He pulled my ID out of my hand scanned it on the Lotto machine and threw it back to me.

I said to him must be a rough night where you are treating your customers like this. He then gave me a very angry look and told me to get out of the F’in store. I said I would like to talk to a manager.

He replied with I don’t need to call the manager but I can call the police if you don’t leave the store.

Now I was being kicked out of the store because this employee cannot function properly in society and then I was being threatened for who knows what reason.

He came storming out from behind the counter TRIED TO GRAB MY ARM!!!!!! Which I dodge, and now I am in the middle of trying to contact the store owner.

Is this a common thing to at Mobil Marts? Or is it just Mobil’s policy to harass and treat their customers like little children and try to abuse them?

I have seen multiple times where this clerk has harassed other customers and this is my first encounter with him abusing me. Beware of the crazy folks Mobil marts in Schenectady NY employee.
