Dear Sir,

This is further to my pre-payment of the aforesaid Home Loan, which I have taken from Home Loan.

At the onset I was told that I will be getting my property documents within one week of my pre-payment but now I am being told that the same may take anything between 2 to 3 weeks. This change of stance and lack of proper & efficient service is causing undue tension & harassment to me. Here, I will like to share with you that since I am traveling abroad I need my documents at the earliest so as to able to close my property's sale deal immediately.

Now, the situation is that I trying hard to get the IDBI Home Loan, Head Processing Office phone number but I am being told that neither the customer service people nor the Delhi Regional Office has any number of the said office! Worse the attitude is as if I am begging something from them………
