GE COUNTRYWIDE - PERSONAL LOANS

This is Padmaja, Chartered Accountant. One Mr Iyyappan working in GE Countrywide, Nelson Manickam Road, Aminjikarai, has taken cash Rs.2500/- from me during April 2006 for getting personal loan. At the time of taking money, he promised me that, if the loan is not through due to some reasons the money will be returned to me without fail.

Past more than 45 days I was following with him, he has not returned the money. Everytime he is telling, I will be coming by 4 o'clock, 5 o'clock, on Monday, wednesday like this. I is simply dragging. He is working under Mr Mustapa, Team leader. My husband even complianed with him. He promised that, he will get the money very next day. But no results except our pain.

I am sorry say that, Why such a big organisation like GE is having people like Iyyappan, in their profile and getting bad name. If he tells me openly that, he is not able to return the money, I might have left him. But his replies are not in a professional way. He is telling, do whatever you want, complain wherever you want, I will not bother about. Is this the approach of GE people. I was ashamed of telling these things and seeing people like him.

I request the seniors on the top, to take proper action against him and teach him a lesson. If possible try to get back my money.
