Cellular Choices

I don't know where they are located except they are on the internet.

My complaint is: I ordered my Cingular cellphone service through CellularChoices.net. I ordered 2 Motorola Razr phones and one of them quit working after 2 weeks, so I called Cellular Choices and they said I would have a new phone within 2 business days. Two weeks later after being promised that you will have your phone tomorrow. Well tomorrow never came. I never received a new phone from them.

They kept putting me off until their 30 day obligation period was over, then I had to go through Cingular to get a new phone. After calling numerous times because my phone never came they started telling me their computers were down so I decided to make up a fake order number just to see if they were lying to me. Guess what, they tried to look up my fake order number and couldn't find it, so I said you mean your computers are working and the representative said yes they are working fine.

My advice to everyone is beware of this company, because you will be disappointed and sorry if you deal with them.
