The Carpet Company Baltimore Maryland

Just a word of advice to anyone thinking of using the carpet company Eric David (owner) for carpeting DON'T!!!! We used him 4 years ago to purchase and install carpets in our brand new home and the carpets have been buckling since day 1 and now every carpet in every single room needs to be replaced. Although we were in touch with him on many occasions and the carpets were restretched several times, nothing seemed to work. We got absolutely no satisfaction as well as no answer that made any sense whatsoever. We even called in an outside contractor to restretch the carpets and he declined to do it for any amount of money. He said he had never seen anything like this in his life. Unfortunately all carpets will now have to be replaced at our expense when we can afford it. What a lousy way to live!!!
