CIC Monitoring

I have been billed $9.95 for the past 18 months and have tried repeatedly to get CIC Monitoring to cease charging me $9.95 per month for a service I did not request. I was sucked into the free trial November, ’04 for 30days and requested that the service not continue. Have attempted repeatedly to get them to cancel. Called again today and got Ivy, Corporate ID #63846 to cancel immediately. I asked for the mailing address for her company and she would not give it to me at first. She then gave me P.O. Box 19729, Irving, CA 92623-9729. This company should be shut down immediately for frauding the public. I am going to pursue legal action. Signed concerned consumer.
