gofastparts.com-Team Performance I ordered a lift kit from this company about 3 years ago. Not only have I not received the kit, my attempts for a refund have gone in vain. After countless phone calls, mostly sitting on hold, hiring an attorney, complaints filed with the BBB of California, and a complaint to the Attorney Generals office of California, I still do not have my $1638.82. This guy, Jim Nautlet, is nothing short of a thief and a liar. He runs his business on Consumer Fraud. I encouage anyone who has had a similar experience, to continue to file complaints. He needs to make restitution to all he has stolen from, then go to jail. They asked me to return it and right color would be shipped to me within 2wks. Luckily I told them I'd wait to ship their's back after I received the right one.2 months later and they told me there was no ETA on part so I'm going to use the wrong one on vacation even though it doesn't match my trailer and won't be returnable afterwards.
