Protonic computers - Viscom Technology Group - Shop NBC

I have complained against this company to the manufacturer of electronics but never did think my complaint went anywhere. Hopefully just by alerting people to the type of customer service they can expect from all 3 of the above named entities (NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR ACKNOWLEDGMENT) they will become more savvy about buying from them in the future.

Viscom Technology Group, Inc. sells electronics manufactured under the name V2Premier on Shop NBC (tv and online). I spent over $2300.00 on a new computer system. Within one month the modem went out and within 1 year my 19" monitor went out and the company would NOT even talk to me. I called at least 30 times trying to get satisfaction to no avail. Please do not purchase ANY of the electronics that Shop NBC sells under V2 Premier. You will only be wasting your money and time. They do not own up to any of their promises for customer satisfaction or technical support. If you try to ask a question they tell you that you need to have an extended warranty that costs about $300 a year, and is very restrictive as to coverage. Again, the more of us who do NOT purchase this brand maybe they will stop screwing the conssumers. I learned the hard way, and will NEVER buy off brand again unless I can be totally convinced that it is a good product and there's going to be some type of support along the way if anything happens to the equipment.

BE FOREWARNED!! V2 Premier will give you the shaft!!! and even SHOP NBC will not do anything to help your cause.

After reading all of these complaints on this specific item, from this specific place of business, I now understand it all. I also experienced the very same problems with the laptop but also I received an all-in-one printer from the Brother comp. I purchased a bundle with a v2 premier laptop, wireless router, and the "Brother" printer. I had problems with all 3 and they all came from a different company. At first I thought that Brother was a big conglomerate and would stand behind their printer but believe me they are no better than the others. They actually told me it must not have OCR capabilities and to go out and buy hardware for it. I had to call the attorney general in Minnesota. There is so much more, but I agree with all of these complaints. I was never even able to use the printer, and found out later is was only a $99.00 printer. It's a shame that any of them are still allowed to have a business at all. I was reimbursed a small amt. of money from Shop NBC to be able to buy my own printer. I believe that was only because the attorney general's office was involved at that point. If nothing else, we have learned a valuable lesson.

I agree totally with you. I purchased a V2 Premier that cost me $2,000 hard earned dollars. After the 30 day period, it crashed. Shop NBC and Viscom did nothing to help me. Then I found out I didnt even have a Windows XP CD to reinstall the program after my computer crashed. Ever since then Ive been having hardware issues. I turn my computer on and it restarts by itself whenever Im in the middle of something. Error after error and Ive only had it 3 years. Money wasted. I already spend money to get it fixed for nothing cause the problems restarted. The only reason I have not gotten another computer is because I have no money right now to buy another one. But believe me, Im never going to buy another electronic from Shop NBC again!!!!!
