Bell Canada Billing for Mitchell Crispe

I emailed yesterday about my frustration with a gentleman called Gonnie at Bell Canada who had not returned any of my messages regarding a matter that should have been resolved May 24/05. I finally managed to get him live on the phone today and was told he hoped to have a resolution by the end of the day. We shall see if that occurs.
