Empire Carpet

Empire Carpet – www.empiretoday.com – Nothing but a major hassle and rip off!

We had Empire Carpet install carpet in one of our offices along with the wall trim. That was 3 weeks ago and the wall trim still isn't installed. I've called the sales rep. 7 times to no avail. Finally, I have had no choice but to issue a dispute with the credit card company since the job is not completed but paid for. The sales department and the installation department obviously do not have a good relationship and aren't held accountable to each other.

Very poor customer service!
