empire carpet

empire carpet in tampa FLorida we purchased carpet from empire carpet in 2003. the salesman told us we were purchasing wool carpet and charged us $2,500 for 800 square feet. he told us it was a stainmaster carpet with a 10 year warranty. when I asked him for the company brochure on the carpet, he said the installers would give it to me when thay installed the carpet. when the installers arrived, and I asked them for the brochure, they never gave it to me. in addition, there was so much carpet left over which they removed they could have carpeted another 4 rooms. we didn't find out until we looked underneath the carpet three years later that it was 100% nylon. even though there are only 3 people living in this house and very little traffic, the carpet is completely stained and there are track marks where we walk. this is the very worst carpet we have ever had, and on june 1 2006 we talked to the maniger andrea in the tampa fl office at 5260 west eagle trail drive suit 400 tampa fl 33634 phone number is 813-806-4990 ext 3769 to talk to andrea this is for all the people that don’t get there adresse from michael
