I bought a HP wireless hand held device (iPAQ) …after about 1 week it started to fail, I returned it after about 2 weeks when it had failed completely, and they gave me a new device which also began to fail within the first week by the time I returned the 2nd device, a time limit they have set (30 days) had passed. At that point it was no new phone for me but rather to send it in for repair. I never got a working phone, I paid $400 for it and it never worked, I now have to either send it in and endure more abuse from this colossal company or just count my blessing that it wasn’t $4000 …throw it in the trash and move on. The device is a lemon and im not about to let them use me further as their guinea pig. I thought id just let you know that this product and this company is worthy of staying away from…… they care not one red cent for their customers once they have their money.

Canada…… id give you a phone number but the HP iPAQ doesn’t work so im also cell phone less at the moment
