Cingular

while stationed in California in the Marine Corps the best cell phone provider for me was cingular. I used them for about a year and a half. I had to move to montana were it was pretty hard to get any kind of signal. I had to cancel my cingular account which was fine and i knew I would have to pay the early fees which was also fine. I did all my billing online and knowing that the ealry termination fee would be applied which is was I payed the whole amount. I also pulled up my bill the next month and it still had a zero balance. I was trying to build up my credit score from a fraud that happened to me and finally when it went back up cingular reports a 150.00 dollar fee to a collection agency which in turn ruins my damn credit score again. I called cingular about this bill and the operator who probably just crossed the border could barly speak any english. told me that the bill must have come out late and since I didn't have a phone I couldn't get online to check. They never sent me a bill or tried to contact me even though they had my billing address and other phone number. I just wish people would had a little more since in dealing with this stuff instead of just sending it to a collection agency and ruining my finicial standing. so to everyone that works at cingular go suck a fat one.
