>> I was promised a free printer WITHIN 45 DAYS ;TO BE DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE.

>>I was asked to send draft Rs.999 to the Samsung head office which I promptly sent ; the reciept of the draft was confirmed by Mr.Murlidharan at Samsung.

>>However ,despite numerous reminders I have not yet recieved the printer.

I HAVE A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH SAMSUNG MOBILE SERVICE CENTER Chandigarh Sector 22, India, I came to chandigarh from Himachal for mobile body change,which it 200 km for Chandigarh I had mobile model SGH-X820,

WORK ORDER NO 55020080852371 whose body was damaged and went for body change they took the mobile on 25/08/08 and told me to come on 26/8/2008 i went next day they told me to come on 1st on Sep 2008 i went to them on 1st they told me to come on Monday i again went to Monday even then the parts were not available i got frustated becsues i was not getting service in time they do not care time and even not aWare of the stocks ,admin is so week one of them is saying the body is availble one is not available , no body wants to take the responsibilites . Finaly on 10th they gave me my mobile back without body changed execuse was that if we change the body mobile can get damage. Spending so much time i got this solution , This stroy was not with me there were many other poeple who had the same story and frustrated kindly take action against it,.Mr Tarun.Mr Rahul, Mr Raman were the incharge of the service center.

Unfortunately, picture tube manufacturer fault has not performed well I am disappointed because  the product does not work properly, the service was not performed correctly, I was billed the wrong amount, something was not disclosed clearly and was misrepresented, etc.) since last six months TV was not working when my mother is calling to Mr Brigmohan(manager of bajaj electronics hyderabad ) the service was not performed correctly know they demand to pay more money Rs 25.000 i don't know what shall i do please advice me?

 

 

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate I want â?? money back, or  exchange, etc.) .

I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem I will wait until (10-08-2008) before seeking help from a consumer protection agency or the Better Business Bureau.

I bought a SAMSUNG Video Cam from USA and it worked for 10 hours and then stopped loading tapes. Called Tech Support, Cusotmer service got a run around for several months. Called head office who gev a number of another head office who gave me a number for head office in Korea. Seems that no one at SAMSUNG wants to take responsibility for getting the Camera fixed. I guess that is why President and CEO was chrged of Fraud. I guess SAMSUNG is a totally useless company. NEVEN EVER EVER Buy anything that is SAMSUNG.

I will be sending a Fax to acting head of SAMSUNG in Korea.

What a bunch of losers!!!!
