the business location is in new york the company name is first financial services.My complaint is that my husband and I paid them for a service to find us credit card companies that would provide us with a card with no further charges to us. That was almost 4 months ago in that time we applied to the companies and they asked for more money so we contacted first financial and made arrangments to get a refund we were told that we would get the refund in 3 business days and that did not happen when we contacted them to tell them the money was not in our account and we were told at that time we would need to send them paperwork from the banks it as just been one thing after another and now I feel we are getting the run-around because they keep telling us new things. They did not make themselves or thier polycies clear and they have sloppy business practices,I have never delt with a company like this.
