On July 24, 2006 I placed an order through Giardinelli.com and paid for Express Shipping (2-5 days). It was due to be delivered via FedEx on Saturday July 29, 2006. It was not delivered. When I followed up with FedEx, they claimed it was due to having the wrong delivery address. On Monday, July 31, 2006 I verified that they did, in fact, have the correct address. The earliest it could now be delivered is Tuesday August 1, 2006, which is 7 days after the order was processed. FedEx stated that any refund on shipping would need to come from MusiciansFriend.com, evidently Giardinelli.com orders their merchandise from MusiciansFriend.com. When I contacted MusiciansFriend.com, they refused to make any refund or any concession. They come off as being very arrogant. I will not order from them anymore. I have found Music123.com to be more reliable and have much better customer service attitude. I had made the order and used the Express Shipping so my son would have it by Monday July 31, 2006 for the start of his band practices. Now he won't have it until Wednesday.
