sears optical, vienna, wv, grand central mall, took months to gets glasses replaced under warrenty, would not return calls, complained to sears company with no results, finally glasses replaced do to defective clip on sunglasses. now i need sunglasses replaced and they can no longer get them , they are on back order till warrenty expires, will never purchase from sears again, cancelled credit card with them. Sears Optical insurance is no good.
