That Damn Dish Network!!!!

I recently had a Dish Network satellite service installed in my home!!! What a nightmare!!! First the installation for 1 DVR and 1 other 2 room system took about 4 hours, and then after that the technicians still had to return the next day. I have had intermittent service with many outages until finally the darn system just stopped working after about 2 months. After waiting about 1 week for a tech, we were told the eye was bad on the satellite on our roof!! Later, I find I was billed a 29 service call fee!!! There equipment broke down after a month and they think I am paying a service tech fee!!! I think NOT!!! You would think if anything they would offer me a bonus or something for my lack of service for about 2 weeks!!! What a useless company!! I can't wait to get out of this alleged contract!!!
