RCA TV Modle 24V511T

I purchased this TV 12/2005 as a Christmas gift for my mother-in-law, In

June of 2006 the pitcher tube went out. I took to a RCA repair service

center and they told me to trash it and get other one. I have e-mailed

RCA Customer Care center 4 times with out a response. I can only

conclude that RCA knows this model is a piece of junk and that they

could care less about their customers. I for one will Never knowingly

purchase any thing of the RCA brand. It saddens me that yet other

American Icon is no more.
