Never buy a Godrej Washing machine

Purchased a Godrej Washing machine in Bangalore on 01-01- 2006 model GDS 800

the outlet pipe from VGP Double Road Bangalore started to leak contacted the

Smart Care # given as a Service Center the number in Bangalore was 23461555

the number of this service center changed with no clue as to whom to contact

we contacted the Godrej service center and the Conplaint center each of the

people we speak to there give us assurances that the problem will get

resolved but for the past (close to) one month no one has taken the time

nor any sincere responsibility to take care of the problem. They say that

the part (outlet pipe) has not come in from Mumbai.

ITs a shame that such a company that has been around for such a long time

like Godrej has such a poor service center in Bangalore.
