I purchased a Mustek 5300se camcorder fron HSN on

11/28 05. It had a electrical defect,which I reported

to Mustek Tech. support on 1/08/06. They agreed it was

defective and issued me a RMA # on 3/08/06.(RMA

179106)

I sent product back in march,o6,as per their detailed

return instructions.

I have contacted Mustek by phone,and e-mail several

times since I returned the product,with NO response.

Cost of product was $127.39
